侬峒节是广西中越边境地区龙州县金龙镇壮族人民在春节期间举行的的传统节日，“侬”意为“下”、“去”或“举行”，“侬峒”是以壮族传统聚落空间“峒”为节日空间的群体活动，其核心是体现稻作文化和宇宙观的求务仪式。
金龙镇的侬峒节从正月初八至十五，每天都由不同的村落做东轮流举办。本片拍摄了四个村落和一个家庭的节日样态：强调场面而不重仪式的板送屯、首次复办但力有不逮的逐立屯、仪式专家坚持操办但应者寥寥的横罗村，以及因禁忌干脆取消的板相屯。而在侬峒节非遗传承人家庭内部，儿子们都和节日保持了某种疏离感。
影片试图回到整体视角，来呈现传统节日的复杂、脆弱和珍贵。
Nongdong Festival is a traditional festival held during the Spring Festival by the Zhuang people in Jinlong Township, Longzhou County, the border area between China and Vietnam in Guangxi. "Nong" means "go down", "go" or "hold". Nongdong is a gala event that takes the traditional Zhuang settlement space of "Dong" as the festival space, and the core is the ritual that embodies the culture of rice cultivation and the concept of the universe.
The Nongdong Festival in Jinlong Township is held from the eighth to the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, with different villages taking turns to host the festival. This film records four villages and one family in series of events: Bansong Village, which emphasizes spectacle over the ritual; Zhuli Village, where the festival was revived for the first time, but with less effect than intended goals; Hengluo Village, where a ritual expert insists on organizing the festival and the ritual, but only a few people respond to the event; and Ban Xiang Villlage, where the festival was canceled due to taboos. Furthermore, within the family of the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage of Nongdong, all the sons maintain a certain distance from the festival.
The movie tries to return to a holistic perspective to present the complexity, fragility and preciousness of traditional festivals.

从2018年开始，到 2020年成片结构基本确定，到2022年最后一版调整完成。
整条片的后期横跨了很长很长的时间。片中的人，片外的人，都发生了翻天覆地的变化。
对我而言，中间一度无法继续剪辑，继续生活。最灰暗的那段日子，拉着窗帘，除了喝水上厕所，每天躺在床上一动不动。然后某天，有人想法设法找到了我的住址，敲门，带我出去吃饭，时不时发消息问候。后来我慢慢走出门，重新开始生活，重新开始这条片的剪辑。
四年的时间。
